HODDESDON: A NOSTALGIA TRIP
This book takes readers on a ‘virtual tour’ of the old market town of Hoddesdon in East Hertfordshire which dates back to the Norman Conquest. It tells the stories of every building in the town centre - the individuals and families who lived and worked there, and the different businesses they housed over the centuries. In addition it is profusely illustrated with black and white period photos as well as nostalgic adverts from the 1930s - 1960s which have been taken from the pages of the town's free monthly newspaper: The Hoddesdon Journal.
HODDESDON: HISTORY & HERITAGE/HODDESDON: IN LIVING MEMORY/ JOHN WARNER SCHOOL 60TH
Wrote and Produced these three local history documentaries in HD on DVD - the longest running to 90 min feature length. These fascinating programmes contain a mixture of old photos, black and white film footage alongside interviews with many elderly local residents sharing their memories of living and working in Hoddesdon since the 1920s.
